Eye Believe 2022:D1 ”Art and Music Therapy”

In this session, participate in a live group music therapy session and learn about the benefits of music in healing and stress management with Carrie Friddell.

Carrie Friddell, MT-BC, NMT, is a Nationally Board Certified Music Therapist and Neurologic Music Therapist. She earned her Music Therapy Board Certification in 2005 and has served both children and adult populations. Additionally, she is a licensed Music Together center director.
The end of the session uses a host of songs to encourage meditation.
