And when mine did, I spent a lot of time shutting out the world by putting on noise-canceling headphones and laying under a desk crying. I also realized, though, I needed something more, something new. What I discovered, and the journey I have been the last few years is that the something new I needed was, in reality, something quite old. Ancient actually.
