Bhante Bodhidhaja gives a Dhamma talk from Newbury Buddhist monastery regarding the second Brahma-Vihara: Karuna (Care). We are often very disconnected and distracted from all sorts of things but even more so from suffering, therefore it is important to find this soft, gentle, beautiful attention to be able to connect and then to response.
