In this episode we will build off of last week - sharing more of what you may not see or know when it comes to starting again.  There is a reason that resolutions don’t work for many people - there is too much to overcome to see even the smallest results for all of your effort.  However, equipped with this behind the scenes information, and a lot of compassion and grace, you can go farther and faster on your journey to start again.
