18 - Sexual Harassment In The Workplace

 This weeks episode takes a more serious turn, where Alex and Addie discuss sexual harassment in the workplace.  Both girls have experienced it numerous times throughout their lives and they wanted to share some of their stories and experiences with it.

If anyone is experiencing a sexual harassment issue at work, please speak up about it.  There are too many instances where it gets ignored or not taken seriously.  If you don't feel comfortable discussing the issue with your HR department, then you can report it to a sexual harassment hotline, 800-656-HOPE (4673).
