Jetstar Cracked Windshield

Radio 3AW's Jacqui Felgate asked James Nixon about a Jetstar flight that suffered a cracked windshield and had to divert into Guam on a flight from Japan to Cairns last night.

He explained the potential issues with cracked windshields, and how the airlines rectified the situation.
