Part 1 - Some residents are still feeling the financial effects of the COVID-19 pandemic since it began in 2020. The Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority (VIHFA) is doing their part to provide relief for residents. Keva Muller, communications manager for the VIHFA, joins Jamila to discuss the Homeowner Assistance Fund. The federally funded program covers outstanding homeowner expenses.

Director Kyle Fleming of Virgin Islands Energy Office (VIEO), stops by the studio for the “Power Hour.” Fleming provides updates on acquisition of federal funds and plans to increase public outreach.
