Radio and Format Changes with the Des Moines Radio Group

Recently the Des Moines Radio Group switched formats for FM-104.5 from "music of your life" to News/Talk. We asked Jeff "Del" Delvaux to join us and explain why the change was made, what factors are considered when making changes in formats and more. Here is that conversation:
