078: Foraging Up a Fab Feast of Coastal Inspiration - Sarah chats to Craig Evans

Craig is a coastal forager in South Wales.  He was a bank manager and started life in the RAF.  As you will learn however, he has always had a passion for the seashore, inspired no doubt, by his early days left to his own devices that saw him paddling around in rock pools investigating the wildlife that he found there.
 
Fast forward many years and you will hear Craig talk about buying ancient woodland, re-planting it with broadleaf trees and going onto developing his coastal foraging business. Which in turn has seen him appear on television with the likes of Mary Berry, Ainsley Harriott and Michael Portillo … he also gives back a lot to charity and has worked with Joanna Lumley to raise funds for a local charity.
