Credibility is important with the words you say and the message you are trying to convey. That doesn't mean that you shouldn't say something; it should be said with the understanding that you may not know all of the details with the situation.

I believe that you don't need to be a trained firefighter to see a fire and grab a water hose to try and put out the fire.

Whether you are sharing content with video, podcasts, or just chatting with friends, remember to show empathy when speaking about something that you have no credibility in. You may learn from those that are in the midst of it.
