Des Moines Office of Economic Development

It may surprise some that the City of Des Moines has had, for many years, an office of economic development to assist businesses who might be interested in locating here work through the issues of compliance to funding.  Terry Vorbrich is from the Corporation for Economic Development for the City of Des Moines. He is returning to our studio to talk a bit about what they do and some things that are coming up.  We also talk, briefly, about the recent and tragic fire at the old Younkers Building.
