Love Is Hard Pt1

We often are happier when we are in relationships. Whether it’s with friends, co-workers, college buddies, parents, siblings, that special someone–we all have relationships that bring us joy and fulfillment. And yet, relationships inevitably can cause pain. LOVE can be HARD. Things don’t always go the way we plan and, oftentimes, if we are honest, we can look back and identify places where we have actually sabotaged our relationships. In this series we want to explore some of the behaviors that can undermine love and discover a new way to have richer and more satisfying relationships.
