The ladies are introducing a very special guest, Christa Kelso, to share her powerful redemption story with suicide. They are bringing God to the pod, for a powerful testimony of overcoming the darkness. 

Christa starts back at the beginning where mental health was passed down through generations, overcoming death, devoting her life to Jesus and the moment her first depression hit. She teaches us about empathy, spiritual warfare, wise doctors advice, manic depression, healing, freedom, faith and demons.

Christa then reads the Femmes the start of her book, which walks us through her footsteps of her survival story. This deeply raw journey of fighting mental illness, the darkness and walking through the power of God.

Whether you believe or not, there is a higher power that you need to learn about and let love you.
