007 - Glynnis Lieb

She began her career as a residential youth worker, she has her PhD in personality psychology, and is currently the executive director at the Institute for Sexual Minority Studies & Services (ISMSS) at the University of Alberta. Jeff and Glynnis’ wide ranging conversation touches on how our systems need to change and how we can manifest this change work through tough love and becoming effective allies without misusing our power and influence.
