Farmers are being very unfairly targeted in the climate shaming debate. So says the Fine Gael MEP Mairead McGuinness.

She has strongly criticised An Taisce’s recent resource pack on climate action that encourages secondary school children to promote meat free Mondays.

The Midlands North-West MEP says it’s not right to point the finger at farmers and blame them for climate pollution.
