About the Guest: Bryn Blankinship
Bryn Blankinship is the author of The Limitless Soul: Hypno-Regression Case Studies into Past, Present and Future Lives, the founder and Executive Director of the Braithe Center located in North Carolina. She is a Certified Master Hypnotherapist and Int’l Instructor. Bryn is also the creator of Soul Expression Spiritual Regression.
Discovering the power of hypnosis and meditation while an actress working in commercials and film at the professional level, Bryn used hypnosis as a way of removing boundaries, opening new doors in her career and for self-healing. She found it to be a wonderful tool for calming the mind, relaxing the body and freeing “the instrument” allowing the “character” to emerge.
Bryn changed careers to become a hypnotherapist out of a strong desire to help others thru their own transitions and healing. She found it to be rewarding and went on to become a hypnosis instructor helping students to hone their hypnosis skills. Bryn has taught internationally and her certification courses in the USA draw an international student base to them.
