Mid-Session 11 Nov. 19: Local shares lift to start the week

The local market is off to a firmer start following another record close for Wall St as investors digest US-China trade developments. The ASX 200 is roughly 30 points or 0.5% higher with gains rather broad based to start the week. The IT, health and industrials are helping drive gains while miners are among the weights with iron slumping 3.2%. ANZ Bank and Macquarie Group (MQG) are also lower trading ex-dividend.
