Ralph Fucetola has become best known as the nation's "vitamin lawyer" who has specialized in Nutrient and Alternative Health Law for over four decades. He is widely recognized as the leading attorney for protecting public access to natural vitamins and supplements. He was largely responsible for the passage of the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act or DSHEA in 1994, which legalized over-the-counter sales of nutritional supplements.
