Make it Count with Barry and Laura Ash

Let’s get real friends, do you take better care of yourself or your car? I am going to be honest, I have neglected my body for a while. We only get one body so we have to take care of it.

 

Barry and Lora Ash talk about how they want to help others focus on what they need in order to “Make it Count.” They love to focus on helping others to realize there is hope out there and that they can do more than they thought. 

 

After finding herself medically retired, Laura sought how to help others. Her husband, Barry joined her to open their own business. They focused on how to help others improve their mental well-being as well as their physical bodies. 

 

Even while she was working on helping others with their health, Laura found herself fighting burnout and had to work to establish a balance between her business and other important parts of her life. Even when we are in flow we need to make sure we are taking care of ourselves.
