Eisenhower said that "humor is a part of the art of leadership, of getting along with people and getting things done.” This week, on the podcast, we get to delve into the leader’s brain with Sue Stevenson and how she coaches leaders using humor and humanity so they can build teams that are better prepared for the challenges of today’s competitive Environment.
