Mission: Impossible (1996) and Mission: Impossible II (2000)

Today it’s a Double Feature! Kicking off our discussion of the Mission: Impossible franchise, we’re discussing Mission: Impossible and Mission: Impossible II. It’s seriously impressive for a franchise to span nearly 30 years, multiple directors, and plenty of death defying stunts from lead actor Tom Cruise. We look back to the original Brian De Palma film to see the roots of the franchise, and we discuss the much more silly and ridiculous John Woo entry.
