Ivo Victoria geldt als Vlaamse schrijver, maar woont al jaren in Nederland. In 2009 debuteerde hij met de roman Hoe ik nimmer de Ronde van Frankrijk voor min-twaalfjarigen won en dat het me spijt. Behalve schrijver is Victoria ook columnist en literair programmeur voor festivals als Lowlands en Down The Rabbit Hole.
