After losing both her parents and older sister in her 20s, Shea Wingate experienced firsthand how little society understands grief. Throughout her grief journey, she struggled to find professionals who truly comprehended grief and could offer her the help she needed. This experience led her to open her grief counseling practice in 2021, drawing from her training as a therapist and her personal experiences with grief to help others navigate loss.
