Davis Mounger is the codirector of Tennessee Heartwood, a grassroots nonprofit dedicated to the protection and promotion of Tennessee's public lands.  He has worked on public lands issues since the 1990's.  He currently teaches high school and occasionally conducts forest watch workshops
