Joel: It begins with having a real goal. Being able to say to yourself, "if I was retired today, how much tax-free income would I need to have, adjusted for inflation, based on the number of years that I think I'm gonna live, in order to live the way I want to live?" So, it has to being with that. You've gotta plan now. Gotta be able to quantify that number. How much capital do I need, that's step one. Step two: what assets do you currently have, and how much are you putting away in certain places. What are your rate of return assumptions, and let us show you through a software planning tool that we have called Roadmap. We can actually forecast, very quickly, the forecasted growth of those assets, and how those numbers will be able to supply your retirement income goal adjusted for inflation.
