 About Sporty:  I an Uncle who understands the need to upgrade my skills and awareness so I can better serve the world my Nephews & Nieces are in the process of inheriting. Currently working with Military Service & Family Members and supporting Federal Agencies I use just the right touch of Humor, Corporate and Life Experience, through my Entertaining, Inspirational, Empowering, Insightful & Original (yepp, E.I.E.I.O.) keynotes, workshops and retention products.

When I started on my contract with the Military in 2011, I was intimidated with the prospect of dealing with our Heroes. It didn’t take long for me to realize I was not summoned to help them become better Airmen, Marines, Sailors or Soldiers… but to become better Citizens, Employees, Parents and Siblings.

Because my facilitation included Anger Management, Attitude, Change, Communication, Stress, Suicide, Resilience and Reintegration Skills I earned my CHP (Certified Humor Professional) and SME (Stress Mastery Educator) to meet that Calling. Thus I love inspiring audiences to focus on The Top Line (How I feel affects other people!) because we certainly know that how other people feel affects you and your business.
