Well, five years ago, Julian Rosen experienced that on a daily basis, and constantly felt:

Overwhelmed: He knew he wanted to create change in his life, but he had no idea where to start
Hopeless: He was filled with fear and anxiety that crippled him from taking action
Unfulfilled: He was settling for a mediocre life and playing it safe, and deep down, he knew he wanted to experience more

And it wasn’t until life slapped him in the face that he finally got the courage to take action.

When he was 23 years old, he lost my favorite person in the universe (his amazing mom) to an aggressive form of breast cancer.

Losing her shook him to his core, and he quickly realized that how precious life is and how amazing it should be.
