Speaking in Tongues is Not of the Devil

Jesus said in Mark 16 that those who believe in His name would cast out devils and speak with new tongues. Speaking in tongues is not of the devil. Rather, the manifestation of this gift is a sign of faith in Christ. When the apostles spoke with tongues on the Day of Pentecost, a large harvest of souls resulted. The devil is not interested in saving souls, so this was not a work of Satan. It was the power of God.
