• No blocking ridge of high pressure over North America
• waves for rain will continue from Canada's Prairies through the northern Plains into the Midwest during the next ten days
• Net drying is expected in the interior southern Plains and from there into the Delta and a part of the Tennessee River Basin
• Very little change in France, the Balkan Countries, Russia, Ukraine or China 
• Australia was a little wetter in the northeast of New South Wales and southeastern Queensland 
• Argentina gets more rain during mid-week next week, but it is likely overdone
• A reduction in Rio Grande do Sul rainfall was noted at mid-day by the GFS model run and that change was needed
