General Hospital fans witnessed a surprising encounter between Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) and Cody Bell (Josh Kelly), which has sparked speculations of an unexpected romance brewing. Lulu, recently awakened from her coma, is yet to learn about the changes that have taken place during her absence, including Dante Falconeri's (Dominic Zamprogna) tormented relationship with the late Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). While some fans hope for a reconciliation between Lulu and Dante, it seems the latter's grief and guilt over Sam's death may prevent him from pursuing any romantic relationships for the time being.
