0019: The UC NexT 0100 Project, Retcons, and Zeon Turns... Good?

Could a retcon be coming to the Universal Century timeline via the UC NexT 0100 Project?  Probably not.... BUT, if a retcon did happen, could we avoid repetitive Zeon uprising plots by bringing back... Zeon?  In Princess Mineva we trust!
