US Close 13 Mar 18: US mixed, NASDAQ record high. Franking Credit changes could rattle Aussie market.

US sharemarkets were mixed on Monday. Shares in key industrial stocks such as Boeing (down 2.9%) and Caterpillar (down 2.4%) fell on continued worries about US President Trump's tariff plans.  The Dow Jones index fell by 157 points. Talk that the Labor party will announce franking credits changes today could created caution on the ASX.
