My mother left her body rather suddenly a few weeks ago. As a Spiritual Healer, I know the preciousness of this time of transition and can feel her close to me as she is going through this process. As she untethers herself from her physical reality and the life that we have shared.

At the same time, I am her daughter and can feel the grief and longing that is just there — the tears behind my smile and the heaviness in my heart.

During my morning meditation, I was reminded of the gift her life and death are to me. You see, this is a journey of passage for both of us. An opportunity to use the emotions, the tears, regrets, sadness, as well as the laughter, silliness, and gratitude, to grow and transform oneself. Embracing all of the feelings and distilling them into the love that is the only truth of who we all are.

In today’s episode, I would like to share with you a conversation with my dear friend, Lee Ann Heltzel. Lee Ann is mostly known for her powerful ‘frequency art and meditations’ – her MetaArt. However she has another talent that you may not be aware of. As a “Life and Death Transitionalist”, Lee Ann has the ability to support individual souls through the process of dying.
