Trent's Plan

1. Evaluate the past year
   1. What went right and what did God Bless?
   2. What was frustrating?
2. Take the temperature of the congregation - are they hot or cold overall in their desire to serve Jesus?
3. Plan a sermon skeleton  - episode 193
4. Do you have a vision for your church? 
   1. If yes - then share it again
   2. If no then - pray and seek God for His vision
5. Did your church do any mission trips in the past year?
   1. If yes - then remind them of those and plan more for 23
   2. If no - why not?  Ask your church why they have not
6. Did your church do any major efforts to serve the community?
   1. If yes - celebrate that and ask the church to pray about the next  effort.
   2. If no - share the needs of the community with the church and ask them to pray for God's compassion!
