Stepping up or Stepping Out as a Woman

The recent comment by Grammy boss for women to ‘step up’ hit a raw note for many of us. But it also made me wonder whether stepping up or breaking the glass ceiling were actually the right directions for women to follow, in their search for fulfilment.

Maybe we need to:

Realign to cycles and spirals honoring the different phases during our daily lives

Go down and root ourselves into Mother Earth so we can draw on dragon energy.

Come together and bond with trust and appreciation

Go within to connect with our inner wisdom and intuition

And finally expand so together, with our male partners, we can transform the world to one of love and respect.
