The NBA announced last month the creation of the Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Social Justice Champion Award. The award will recognize a group of players in the league that fight for social justice in America.

When the award was announced...most figured LeBron James would be the favorite to win. However...that's not the case. Not only will LeBron James not be winning the award...he wasn't even nominated.
