This episode is late but still useful. The podcast will be back in the fall but right now, I'm on break. Sort of.. I am working on some other JAM projects that I can't wait to tell you all about. Speaking of break though, in this episode I offer some suggestions for slowing down, taking a sabbath and finding rest in your day.
