How good would it be if eating and exercise were just an optional extra in life as opposed to a necessity? A world where we could eat whatever we wanted and as little or as much as we wanted and we never suffered any negative consequences. A world where we could do lots of activity, or none at all, and again without any negative outcomes either way.
