About

Bret Richards joins the Coleman & Patterson team with over 15 years of experience in the Real Estate & Auction business. In addition to being licensed as a real estate broker and Auctioneer in Texas, Bret holds 25 licenses in other states including California, Ohio, Florida, and Washington. Bret also owns a Benefit Auction business and works with many fundraising non-profit groups such as the Brazos Valley A&M Club, Believing 4 Bryleigh, Wipe Out Kids Cancer, Waller County Fair Association, along with many events with MLB’s Texas Rangers. Bret was on the rodeo team while at Texas A&M and is now the president of Texas Aggie Rodeo, Inc. the official support group/booster club for the Texas A&M Rodeo team.
