Mohammed Aly, attorney and founder of the Orange County Poverty Alleviation Coalition, along with Morgan Denges and Jordan Hoiberg of the Orange Co Catholic Worker, bring us right up to the latest policy laps in the run to settle unsheltered, homeless residents of Orange County.
