For anyone who needs a little boost to their day. We delve into four rounds of 20 mouth breaths with a 30 second exhale hold. Mouth breathing can be beneficial sometimes for anyone who needs a burst of energy. Mouth breathing activates the sympathetic nervous system which provides a flight-or-flight response, a little more intensity and a feeling of mental refreshment after (after the exhale hold).
