Fatigue in the Heat

A question we are always asked is how and why does the heat cause fatigue? So here it is, our breakdown of what causes heat load fatigue and some recounts from Tyler's experience dealing with the extreme end of the heat fatigue spectrum, including the signs and symptoms of beginning to fatigue.
