Episode 28 - The House That Was Declared Legally Haunted

This week we're discussing a very bizarre haunted house case. What makes this one so different, you ask? Well, the NYS Supreme Court actually ruled that this house was legally haunted. That's right, legally haunted.

 

The owners of this Nyack, NY home, reported the bizarre encounters with poltergeists to anyone that would listen. And listen they did! The story of the hauntings garnered nationwide attention when Reader's Digest did a story on the house, entitled, "Our Haunted House On The Hudson." This publication would later comeback to "haunt" the owners when they attempted to sell the home. That's when the courts got involved.  Join us tonight as we discuss the ghostbusting case!
