Fake Confidence Before 40

In this episode, we’re talking about fake confidence that version of “confidence” many of us had before 40 that was really just validation-seeking in disguise. We thought we were confident because we looked good, had achievements, or kept it all together, but deep down, we didn’t truly love or accept ourselves. I’ll share how to recognize the difference between external confidence and real self-love, and what it actually means to feel confident from the inside out.
