Motivational Monday - Calling all Workers ’Honoring the Unsung Heroes in this Labor Day’

In this episode, I'm taking you on a journey through the history of labor rights, shouting out the heroes who fought for better working conditions, and even sharing some personal stories from my own work experiences. From my first gig as a newspaper delivery boy to real first paystub, I'm laying it all out there to show how these experiences shaped my work ethic.

Also let take a moment to celebrate the contributions of figures like Cesar Chavez, who advocated for farmworkers' rights, and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., who supported the sanitation workers' strike. Their work has had a lasting impact on labor laws and the rights of all workers (yes that's you), not just on this holiday, but every day. Recognizing the value of hard work and supporting fair labor practices are essential for a healthy, productive society.
