Ep19 - Magillas BBQ

In this Episode, I interview Jeff and Christine Fitchett of Magillas Barbecue.  Owners, Jeff an Ex- Marine Corp Sargent and his wife Christine started on this journey about three years ago.  A simple fundraiser for one of their kids turned into an idea for a  business.  They Pride themselves in providing the best quality with the best service, their motto is " it's not  the smoke, it's not the rub, it's everything done right".  Like many others in Southern California, they've had to overcome some obstacles in order to get the right licensing but on the day of this interview they'd just signed a lease on a commissary kitchen and they're now poised to take their business to another level.  They are very thankful for their blessings, especially their Children and extended family for being there for help and support in every step of the way.  Their Story is just getting started.  I hope you enjoy this episode with  Magillas Barbecue.
