COACHING IS A LIFE-LONG LEARNING JOURNEY! was our topic on the evening of Thursday, the 18th of May 2023, at 18h00 - 19h00 (SAST), which was back by popular demand! We revisited the conversation on the coaching education and development journey with coaches Dr Chuma Mangisa, and Lee Naidoo, live at COMETSA Radio Worldwide (CRW). We addressed the following themes: (1) Training and Coaching Qualification; (2) Coaching Practice to acquire the required number of hours by Coaching Federation; (3) Recommended: Membership of a Coaching Federation or Association; (4) Recommended: Regular participation in Coaching Supervision; (5) Application for Accreditation and Credentialing by a Professional Coaching Federation or Association; (6) Example of Credentialing Levels by ICF: ACC, PCC, and MCC; and (7) Coaching Continuous Learning Practice. The coaches shared their journeys with the listeners.
