Mid-Session 27 Apr 18: Aussie market higher but banks still weaker

The local sharemarket has recovered yesterday’s losses with the ASX 200 trading 25 points or 0.4% higher towards lunch. The healthcare sector is the best performing sector supported by commodity stocks while the major banks continue to slide for a second session.
