Episode # 878 - Happy April Fool’s Day

On this Tuesday, Winter is back for a while today it seems, being cold outside, as well as windy.  So it seems Winter is putting up a fight to stay around here in Chicago.  However, warm feelings are in the studio today for Father Anthony's relatives are visiting from Ohio today, his second and third cousins on the show today and are talked to on the show, with Marsha first (we apologize for if you cannot hear them at the start of the show) but Father Anthony shares some history from these people, putting some very happy feelings in the studio today on the first day of April.  The historical meaning of the word Chicago is shared on the air today, with some funny results.  Also, today is April Fools Day, as well as being the first day of April this year, so hopefully Spring is coming officially, with the cold weather being still around for a bit, but also since it's here, Father Anthony talks about those who have birthday's in April and it's significance.  After the first break, Father Anthony shares a story about April Fool's Day from 1957 where a false message was broadcast that many believed.  However, Father Anthony has on Melissa, Allison, and Annie, and talk about them listening to the show, as well as personal history about them, such as professions and family.  Melissa shares some of her family history, Allison talks about going to college and being a successful runner/athlete in running, and Annie talks about school and family.  Also, about their Faith as well in general, and history of that too as well as the fact that Annie was baptized by Father Anthony as well and towards the end of the show, Father Anthony reminds us that God loves us and helps us, but also that He cannot not love us.
