Mid-Session 13 Dec 18: ASX 200 regains early losses to trade higher

The Australian sharemarket is edging higher by 0.3%, with gains from mining and financial stocks outweighing heavy falls in the telco sector after the ACCC flagged concerns over TPG Telecom & Vodafone’s planned merger.
